IITM (Indian Institute of Technology Madras) has opened the admission portal for January-2023 admissions in various branches for M.S./PhD/Direct PhD with GATE, UGC-JRF/NET/CSIR-JRF/DAE-JEST. The last date to apply is October 31, 2022.

Selection process includes minimum educational qualification & eligible degree will be called for written exam and Interview .
Scholarship : 12,400/- per month for MS researchers. PhD scholars will get 31,000/- per month for first 2 years and 35,000/- per month for next 3 years.
PhD scholars can also apply for the PMRF (Prime Minister Research Fellows) in which the fellowship will be 70,000/- for first 2 years, 75,000/- for third year and 80,000/- for last 2 years.
