Hurry up guys. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a Maharatna PSU is recruiting Engineers/Officers/Managers/Lawyers on the basis of computer based test (CBT), group task and personal interview for total 276 posts. The last date to apply is September 18, 2023.
Eligibility, qualifications experience, age limit and no. of vacancies for 276 Vacancies.
Package (CTC), Age limit and Minimum Experience : There are 2 types of packages
Regular: The Cost to company will be between 16.98 Lacs to 46.51 Lacs INR and it will be decided on the basis of the pay scale.
Fixed Term Contract: The CTC will be 7.8 Lacs INR.
The selection procedure will encompass a range of methods for shortlisting and choosing candidates. These methods will include a
Computer Based Test,
Group Task,
Personal Interview, and
Moot Court (specifically for Law Officers and Law Officers- HR).
The choice of these tools will depend on the specific requirements of the position.
Computer Based Test (when applicable) will consist of objective questions (subjective as well for Law Officers/ Law Officers- HR) and will comprise of two parts.
General Aptitude consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation).
Technical / Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to Qualifying degree / Educational background required for the applied position.
